RD Port Planetary Oiling Mod Kit

This kit is designed to feed the planetary via the RD test port on the bottom of the transmission. To do this correctly, a few things needs to be done. First, the reducing pressure valve in the valve body needs the spring replaced with a shim, to prevent any movement of that valve. Second, since the cooler needs rerouted when doing this, the return line needs a restrictor installed to allow the converter to remain full of fluid and function properly. This kit comes with a modified fitting to accept different size restrictors, it is installed in the existing hole for the factory temp sensor.

**The factory temp sensor hole will need to be tapped for 3/8" NPT, the RD test port will need to be tapped to 1/8" NPT (or use a M8x1.25 adapter fitting)**
