W4A33 Speed Sensor Vent Flange

The Aaron Gregory Racing Speed Sensor Vent Flange gives your transmission a dedicated vent and makes fluid fills easier. Designed for the W4A33 automatic transmission and also compatible with W5M33 and F5M33 manual transmissions, it’s machined from 6061 aluminum and features a -6 ORB thread for routing to a catch can or remotely mounted filter.

With many builds now getting vehicle speed from a driveshaft sensor, GPS sensor, or factory pulse generators, the original inaccurate and slow reading transmission vehicle speed sensor is often left unused. Rather than keeping a sensor that's no longer used for your setup, this flange puts that location to work as a dedicated transmission vent.

By allowing trapped air to escape, the flange helps relieve transmission pressure that can push the dipstick out. It also gives displaced air a separate exit while adding fluid, so you’re not fighting air bubbling back up through the funnel.
